Delivery: Orders are usually shipped via UPS
Ground-customers should receive their orders in 7-10
days. If you need faster service, see our web site or
call for types and costs of expedited shipping
available.
Returns/Defective Copies: If you're not happy
with your selection, please return the book for a full
refund (including shipping and handling). If you paid
via credit card, we will credit that credit card; if you
paid via check or money order, we will issue you a
check.
If a book is defective, simplify notify us and we'll
send out a free replacement copy. If the book's dust
jacket is damaged, we will gladly replace it free.
